New Build

All projects are treated on an individual basis and clients are given a detailed breakdown and pricing for all work requested. An initial payment of the total quote is payable at commencement, which covers purchase of materials. Stage payments are then made as agreed  and regular reports together with photographs will be sent to you by e-mail. No work will be undertaken without your previous agreement .The final payment is due at the satisfactory conclusion of your build, and when all the legal documentation is in your hands.
