After your property sale is completed, this is not where the story ends. We'll be there to help and advise you afterwards. If you need anything sorting out, we're there at the end of the phone. To us you are not just another client, you are a friend.

We at Relocation Bulgaria are keen to continue our working relationship with you by offering our property management service. Operating within a 60 kilometer radius of Varna, we provide high standards of service all year round.

Whether it's a new apartment in Varna or a renovation project in a village, owning a Bulgarian property can be stressful when you live in a different country, so we’ve designed our service to give you maximum peace of mind.

Our services include property cleaning, meeting guests, maintenance, building work plus gardening and landscaping. Bulgarian professionals undertake all work at Bulgarian rates and we will remain in contact with you throughout the process. Our services will be tailor made to suit your needs and quotations made after visiting you and your property.

Our Basic Property Management Package includes the following services:

·         Key holding

·         Holding of Power of Attorney and company documents (invoices, receipts, etc.)

·         Help and representation whenever emergencies arise

·         Signing of contracts and payments to third parties when needed

·         One monthly inspection visit of the property  with report and photographs included

·         Payment of utility bills

·         Supplying of all kinds of information when required and reservations of car rental,  accommodation, insurance and other services

·         All kinds of bank transactions

·         If you have a Bulgarian company, we can arrange an accountant for you to prepare your annual tax return

Inspection Visits
Key holding and monthly inspection with a report by e-mail is a useful and safe  way of maintaining control of your Bulgarian property. We will supply a report accompanied with photographs of your property every month; this service is often linked with regular utility bill and taxes payments. We can also act as your nominated contact if you have a security alarm system.

Cleaning and Laundry
We can handle all aspects of cleaning from a seasonal Spring clean to regular weekly visits when you are in residence. If you decide to rent your property we can also provide a full clean and welcome pack – put together according to your specification - prior to your tenants’ arrival. We can quote for upholstery and carpet steam cleaning, and we can also provide a laundry service, again this service can be tailor made to your requirements.

Garden Design, Landscaping and Maintenance
Garden maintenance and landscaping is usually sourced locally but remains under the management of our Varna office.

Holiday Services
We will meet you (or your tenants) at Varna Airport - just send us the details by e-mail and we will confirm the arrangements with you.

Should you or your tenants require medical services we have the name of an English-speaking general practitioner and we can accompany you to his surgery or in emergencies he is available for home visits. We also have contacts with other medical specialists and dentists.In an emergency we can provide you or your tenants a single point of contact for phone calls and messages using our bi-lingual staff. We can buy tickets on your behalf for all cultural events taking place during the Varna Summer Festival at Bulgarian prices.

At the end of your stay we will return you to the airport and arrange for your linen to be laundered and your house to be thoroughly cleaned.

Shopping Service
We are able to meet with you and take you to the various shopping outlets according to your needs. We can advise on the places to obtain Bulgarian produced goods and to introduce you to direct sales from factory outlets at Bulgarian prices. We can also arrange for delivery of goods to your home.

Some people may like to be present for some or all of these tasks -
it's quite an educational experience the first time - and we are happy to assist with translation. Many services can now be paid by standing order from a Bulgarian Bank account or you can leave it to us as part of a Property Management package.
